Insolvency Indenture dated 18 November 1817

 

A vellum Indenture regarding the Insolvency of William White who was discharged from the Custody of the Keeper of the Gaol of Hereford pursuant to an Order of the Court for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors, assigning all his property to William Gallaway except the wearing apparel and bedding for William White and his family and the working tools and necessary implements for his occupant and calling and other small necessaries not exceeding in the whole the value of twenty pounds
