Deed of Further Charge dated 16 December 1825

 

A vellum Indenture being a Deed of Further Charge of a messuage tenement or dwellinghouse used as a Public House called The Unicorn Inn situate in Ledbury, Herefordshire for securing £300 and interest, making £1,100 and interest dated 16 December 1825, Mr Robert Kings and another to The Reverend Joseph Higgins.

The document has a note endorsed on the front stating that the document was exhibited under a Commission of Bankrupt issued against Robert Kings on 9 March 1826 at the Plume of Feathers Inn, Ledbury
