A vellum Indenture being a Lease for a year of a meadow or pasture called Rumney Meadow or The Lord’s Meadow situate in the parish of Bromyard in the County of Hereford dated 28 October 1825, Francis Hooper Esquire and others to Mr Benjamin Gardner junior
