Appointed Trustee and Executor of the Last Will and Testament of James Lane but the Will was later proved by Edward Drew alone

James LANE

Yeoman of Wellington Heath, Ledbury, Herefordshire. Last Will and Testament dated 8 April 1861, died “soon after”. Probate granted on 4 August 1861 in the District Registry of Her Majesty’s Court of Probate at Hereford. Previously borrowed £130 from William Hammond under a Mortgage dated 20 March 1860
