HAMPTON BISHOP, HEREFORDSHIRE

COPY WILL DATED 7 JANUARY 1801

A copy of the Last Will and Testament of Ann Beswicke dated 7 January 1801 with copies of Codicils dated 3 February 1802 and 12 March 1815. There is also a note on the Will stating that Ann Beswicke died on 13 March 1815 (the day after making her final Codicil). Also, a draft of the Probate Affidavit. Both documents are on paper and all the sheets of paper bear the watermark for 1814 indicating that these are probably the Solicitor’s copies prepared at the time of the Probate application.
