Farmer, James Farmer, George James and Louisa James to Henry Edward Vale Esq.
The document contains a Schedule
detailing the land conveyed including the numbers on the Tithe Apportionment
Map.
The document also has an endorsement
in the margin dated 4 February 1868 by George Masefield and James Abell
certifying that they examined Louisa James (nee Farmer) separately from her
husband regarding her knowledge of the contents and her consent and that she
declared the same to be freely and voluntarily executed by her and the official
Certificate of Acknowledgement of Deeds by Married Women is attached to the
deed.
