FEOFFMENT DATED 26 JULY 1806

 

A vellum Indenture being a Feoffment to Uses of a cottage or tenement, barn, garden and land situate in Bishops Wood in the parish of Walford in the County of Hereford dated 26 July 1806, Richard Webb to Amos Jones.

Pinned to the document is a small piece of paper which is a receipt signed by Edward Webb dated 28 July 1783 for ten pounds paid by Richard Webb to Edward “for a legacy bequeathed me by my mother Mary Webb” and witness by William Gardner.
