Release dated 16 April 1839

 

A vellum Indenture being a Release of a piece of land at Wellington Estate in the parish of Ledbury, Herefordshire dated 16 April 1839, Mr Joseph Presdee to Thomas Heywood Esquire.

Pinned to the document is a small slip of paper dated 17 February 1815 which is a receipt for the purchase monies from Joseph DEE when he purchased the property signed by Thomas HULLJAMES, Commissioner and witnessed by James GREGG
