MARRIAGE SETTLEMENT DATED 30 APRIL 1867



A vellum Indenture being the Settlement executed upon the Marriage of Miss Mary Ann Hill with Mr William Cale dated 30 April 1867 concerning property owned by Mary Ann Hill and also property held by her on Mortgage in the parishes of Checkley, Mordiford, Ullingswick and Bishops Frome Herefordshire, the parties to the Settlement being Mary Ann Hill of the first part, William Cale of the second part and William Hill and John Mutlow of the third part.

The document also has three endorsements concerning the Appointment of Trustees of the Marriage Settlement dated 31 May 1888, 30 April 1892 and 28 August 1895 as well as a Somerset House Memorandum attached to the document dated 18 May 1915 regarding the death of William Cale.
