of Mortgage Debt dated 1 December
1850
A vellum
Indenture being an Assignment of Mortgage debt of £1300 and securities for the
same and further security from Mr Hardwick dated 1 December 1850, Rev John
Osborne Seager and Charles Seager Esquire and Mr John Hardwick to Thomas George
Symons Esquire.
The
document also has three endorsements and an attractive watercolour plan of the
Mill and surrounding area together with a detailed schedule of the property
including numbers from the tithe apportionment map.
The three
endorsements are an Assignment of Mortgage debt of £1300 dated 18 December
1850, Thomas George Symons Esq of the first part, Reverend Leonard Strong of
the second part, Benjamin Predith Donne and Mary Anne his wife of the third
part and George Strong of the fourth part, a Memorandum dated 19 December 1850
by Leonard Strong declaring that £400 of the £1300 is the proper money of his
sister Emma Strong and A Notice of Sale and Covenant dated 7 March from Samuel
Richard Davies to Charles Smith of part of the premises
