ASSIGNMENT DATED 1 DECEMBER 1850

 

 

A vellum Indenture being an Assignment of Mortgage of Messuages or Tenements, Water Corn Grist Mill and Lands which are described in the document including some lands in Bishopswood together with a Pew in Walford Church, all situate in the parish of Walford, which is a village near Ross on Wye in the county of Herefordshire, dated 1 December 1850, The Reverend John Osborne Seager and Charles Seager Esquire and Mr John Hardwick to Thomas George Symons Esquire. The document also has a later endorsed Assignment of Mortgage.
