A vellum Indenture being a Lease for a year of two messuages or tenements called the Hide and Hardwicks with the barns, buildings, stables, yards, gardens, orchards, hopyards and lands containing one hundred and eighty acres situate in the parish of Stanford Bishop together with a cottage or tenement with the garden, lands, hereditaments and premises containing one acre situate in Stanford Bishop, Herefordshire dated 8 March 1826, Messrs Hickman and others to Mr Gardner
