A vellum Indenture being a Lease for 28 years of a yard or piece of land situate in the Albert Road, St Philips, Bristol with the warehouses thereon bounded by the towing path of the River Avon together with a dwellinghouse garden shed and warehouse being No 1 in Second Avenue, Albert Road, St Philips, Bristol dated 30 December 1865, Mr Edward Burges to Mr Edwin Cambridge
