A vellum Indenture being a Conveyance dated 3 July 1863 of four several closes or pieces of land situate in Redland in the parish of Westbury upon Trym, Bristol containing 8 acres and 2 roods, originally part of the Settlement made for the Marriage between William Leman and Emma Leman (nee Dyer), James Leman Esquire and others to Messrs Samuel Brown and Edward Burges
