Indenture being an Assignment of two lots of land and four messuages or
dwellinghouses thereon known as 1, 2, 3 and 4 Bush Street, Barton Hill in the
parish of Saint George in the County of Gloucestershire (now part of Bristol)
dated 21 June 1870, Mrs Mary Ann Smith (Administratrix of John Smith deceased)
and his Mortgagee to Henry Fletcher. The document also recites some earlier
Indentures.
