ASSIGNMENT DATED 1 OCTOBER 1829

 

A vellum Indenture on two sheets dated 1 October 1829 being an Assignment to secure £350 of a plot piece or parcel of land on St Michaels Hill with a messuage or dwellinghouses intended to form part of a row of seven houses to be called Highbury Place in the parish of St Michael in Bristol, Mr Daniel Baskerville to Biggs Witherell Esquire and Assignment of the residue of a term for securing the same sum, Mr George P Hinton to Mr John Daniel
