A vellum Indenture dated 20 June 1855 being a Mortgage of All that Manor Grange or Farm Capital Messuage or tenement and lands commonly called or known by the name of Hampstead otherwise Hamstead and lands situate in the parish of Old Sodbury, Gloucestershire containing 196 acres together with the manorial rights including Courts leet and Courts baron, goods and chattels of felons, fugitives, outlawed persons, waifs, strays etc, David Lewis Esq and Leyson Orton Lewis to the Rev R C Maul and others.
