A vellum Indenture being an Assignment of a plot piece or parcel of land with the little messuage or tenement situate at Mangotsfield, Gloucestershire adjoining Mangotsfield Lower Common dated 26 March 1737. The document also mentions and earlier Indenture dated 1 February in the thirty ninth year of the reign of Queen Elizabeth between Henry Beech and Richard Stephens to Richard Emerson.
