A vellum Indenture being a Counterpart of Lease for ninety nine years determinable upon lives dated 28 May 1784 of land situate in the parish and Manor of Alvington, Gloucestershire. The property included a tenement or cottage, garden and lands, a messuage or tenement with the garden belonging, a messuage or tenement with the barns, stables, outhouses, gardens and appurtenances called Duns Castle, a messuage or tenement with the stable, garden, orchard and lands, a messuage or tenement and garden together with a large quantity of land.
