A vellum Indenture being a Second Mortgage for £500 and interest of the Manor of Syde with the rights members and appurtenances situate with the parishes, townships or hamlets of Syde and Brimsfield, Gloucestershire with all the messuages, cottage etc, Court and Courts Baron, Courts of Copyholders, heriots, waifs, strays, goods and chattels of felons, felons, outlaws, fugitives and villains etc and all other benefits of the Manor dated 30 January 1723, Walter Ridler to George Small
