A vellum Indenture being a Lease of a close or land known by the name of Touchen or Twitchen situate at or near Lower Eston otherwise Easton in the parish of St Philip and Jacob, Gloucestershire (now Bristol) dated 27 September 1803, The Trust Devisees under the Will of the late Mrs Catherine Griffith to Mr Daniel Pidding
