LEASE DATED 30 JUNE 1847

A vellum Indenture being a Lease of a Messuage and premises situate in Culver Street in the parish of Saint Augustine the Less in the city of Bristol for 40 years dated 30 June 1846, The Dean and Chapter of Bristol to Mr William Newman. The document also has a small plan of the property and has the Common and Chapter Seal of the Dean and Chapter of Bristol
