A vellum Indenture being a Conveyance of a life estate in a messuage and premises known as No 264 High Street, Cheltenham in the County of Gloucestershire dated 21 May 1868, Mr John Belcher to Messrs William and Edwin Joyner in trust for Mrs Belcher.

On the back of the document is an endorsed Appointment of New Trustees dated 14 April 1900
