A vellum Indenture being a Reconveyance of two messuages and shops situate in the Market Place, Tetbury in the County of Gloucester dated 20 July 1896. Mr Benjamin Phillips to Mr George Satteley.

Jeweller of Tetbury, Gloucestershire. Husband of Mary Satteley. Borrowed £400 from Benjamin Phillips by Indenture of Mortgage dated 9 February 1888. Part of property occupied by Messrs Satteley and Sons. Mortgage now paid off by George Satteley so property being reconveyed to him by this Indenture
