A vellum Indenture being a Reconveyance of two messuages and shops situate in the Market Place, Tetbury in the County of Gloucester dated 20 July 1896. Mr Benjamin Phillips to Mr George Satteley.

Part of property occupied by Messrs Satteley and Sons. Mortgage now paid off by George Satteley so property being reconveyed to him by this Indenture
