CONVEYANCE DATED 29 JUNE 1875

 

A substantial vellum Indenture being a Conveyance of a Steam Mill, messuages lands and hereditaments situate in the parish of Old Sodbury in the County of Gloucester upon trust for sale dated 29 June 1875, Mr Joseph Dutfield and others to Messrs J D B Trenfield and Thomas Dutfield.

Attached to the Indenture are two Certificates bearing the stamp of the Register of Certificates of Acknowledgements and there is also an endorsement in the margin of the Indenture. These refer to Hannah Dutfield and Emma Parker who were examined apart from their husbands concerning their knowledge of the contents of the deed and their consent thereto by two Perpetual Commissioners appointed for the County of Gloucester for taking the Acknowledgement of Deeds by Married Women
