A vellum Indenture being a Conveyance of messuages at or near Rennisons Bath dated 22 December 1824, John Kerle Haberfield by the direction and appointment of Messrs Shute, Edwards & Co to Richard Monk. Also endorsement dated 24 January 1827 conveying the most westward of the two properties to George Eager
