A vellum Indenture being a Lease for twenty years of a yard and premises situate in St Phillips Marsh in Bristol adjoining the towing path of the River Avon and with the right to use the River Avon and the banks and sides thereof to the extent of the frontage dated 16 April 1874, Mr Edward Burges to Mr Edmund Parham
