COPPER COMPANY SHARES

ASSIGNMENT DATED 18 APRIL 1775

A vellum Indenture being an Assignment dated 18 April 1775 following the death of Thomas Dymock of three thirty sixth parts or shares for £2,000 per share (in 1775!) in the John Freeman Esquire and Copper Company which carried on business in the City of Bristol and at Publow Pensford Swainford and Bye Mills and White Rock in Swansea River in the Counties of Somerset, Gloucester, Glamorgan and Cornwall. The Executors of Mr Thomas Dymock deceased to Mr Jeremiah Osborne. An interesting document concerning the Copper Company.
