A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage dated 3 April 1851 of a Freehold Messuage or Tenement called Turners Hill with the barn stable outhouses buildings yard gardens orchard and appurtenances thereto belonging with five closes of land containing by estimation fourteen acres situate in the parishes of Latton and North Weald Bassett in the County of Essex, Mr John Wright to Messrs Johnson and Goodman
