LEASE DATED 13 NOVEMBER 1821

 

A vellum Indenture being a Lease for a year of a messuage or tenement with the stable yards gardens hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging situate and being in the parish of St Martin in Colchester in the County of Essex abutting west upon a certain street or lane there called Bear Lane together with a plot of land, which premises were part of the estate heretofore called or known by the name of the Golden Ball,  dated 13 November 1821, Mr Jacob Stebbing otherwise Stubbing to Mr Benjamin Stubbing
