GREAT DUNMOW, ESSEX


ASSIGNMENT DATED 18 FEBRUARY 1759

 

A vellum Indenture being an Assignment of Mortgage In Trust to attend the Inheritance of a Messuage or Tenement and premises situate at Great Dunmow in the county of Essex conveyed to Mr Stone dated 17 February 1759, Mr James Raymond by the direction of Rayner Heckford Esquire to Mr George Cock. The property had previously belonged to Henry Staines who had taken out several mortgages on it (see below).

Also charged the property (with other property) with further sums amounting together to £1500 to William Heckford. Sold property to Rayner Heckford by Indenture dated 7 December 1742
