MORTGAGE DATED 10 APRIL 1873

 

A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage dated 10 April 1873 of a freehold capital messuage or tenement and dwellinghouse and saddlers shop with the workshop, stable, outbuildings, yard, garden and premises situate in the hamlet of Ballingdon in the County of Essex together with another freehold capital messuage or tenement and dwellinghouse with the stable, workshop, woodhouse, outbuildings, yard, gardens etc and folding gates also situate in Ballingdon, Mr Alfred Berry to Mr William Jones

The hamlet of Ballingdon is situated on the edge of Sudbury in Suffolk and is on the Essex/Suffolk border.
