A vellum Indenture on two sheets being a Counterpart Lease for 21 years of a close, piece or parcel of meadow or pasture land containing six acres and two roods with the barn thereon situate lying and being in Dog Lane in Romford in the County of Essex dated 24 November 1823, Henry H Dearsly Esquire to Mr William Trott
