MORTGAGE DATED 30 JANUARY 1849

 

A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage in fee by appointment of three closes of land situate at Wiltown in the Manor and parish of Clayhidon, Devon for securing £250 and interest dated 30 January 1849, Mr Francis Drake to Mr Thomas Hine.  The document also has a Reconveyance dated 2 February 1863 endorsed on the back.
