ASSIGNMENT DATED 17 OCTOBER 1829

 

 

A vellum Indenture being an Assignment of 300 and interest, part of the effects of the late Miss Judith Reeve and due on Mortgage of an estate of Mr William Wight with power to receive the same and discharge the securities secured on a piece or parcel of pasture ground called Wards Hill situate in the parish of Bishops Frome, Herefordshire dated 17 October 1829, Mr Thomas Hallward to Mrs Hallward and others.
