MORTGAGE DATED 1 DECEMBER 1807

 

 

A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage of a tenement consisting of two under rooms and two chambers over the same, a weaving shop and part of a garden in Bridport in the County of Dorset dated 1 December 1807, John Wells and his wife to The Right Honourable Sir Evan Nepean. The document also recites information from an earlier Indenture.
