An interesting vellum Indenture being an Assignment dated 30 November 1843 relating to the estates of George Brown of Poole who died in 1820 and his wife Elizabeth who died in 1843. In the document Lucy Smith Kendall is purchasing the reversionary interest of Mrs Margaret Labon under the Wills of George Brown and Elizabeth his wife. The document also recites information from the Wills of George Brown and Elizabeth Brown.
