ASSIGNMENT DATED 18 JANUARY 1837

 

 

A vellum Indenture being an Assignment of a share of £1000 in late Navy Bank Annuities from the Will of Elizabeth Humpherys and a Further Charge of a freehold house and premises situate Town Gates Lane in Poole which is now in the county of Dorset dated 18 January 1837, Miss Sarah H Pritchett to Mr James Silby. The document also recites information from an earlier Indenture.
