A vellum Indenture being Conveyance of freehold ground on the west side of Crescent Row, Ballast Hills in the Borough of Sunderland with the dwellinghouse thereon No 43 to uses for securing a perpetual yearly ground rent of £1:8:0 to Mr Aylmer and then for Walter Turnbull in Fee dated 24 February 1864, John Harrison Aylmer Esquire and another to Mr Walter Turnbull
