CONVEYANCE DATED 27 FEBRUARY 1863

A vellum Indenture being a Conveyance of two cottages at the Ballast Hills at or near Ayers Quay in the parish of Bishopwearmouth which is now part of Sunderland and then in the county of Durham dated 27 February 1863, The Trustees of the 5th Universal Benefit Building Society to Mr John Davidson. The document also recites information from an earlier Indenture.
