RYHOPE, COUNTY DURHAM


ASSIGNMENT DATED 13 FEBRUARY 1872

 

 

A vellum Indenture being an Assignment of a leasehold dwellinghouse, beerhouse, shop and premises at Ryhope Colliery called or known by the name or sign of The Queens Head Inn situate in the township of Ryhope in the parish of Bishopwearmouth in the County of Durham dated 13 February 1872, Mr Thomas Scott to Mr William Nimmo. Looking on a modern day map, Ryhope looks to be just to the south of Sunderland.
