A vellum Indenture being a Conveyance of a messuage or dwellinghouse standing on the outside of the two townships of Marton and Lower Withington with closes fields pastures and parcels of land in Lower Withington together with a messuage or tenement in Marton dated 10 March 1797, Mr Mountford by the direction of Mr Lownds and also Mr Lownds to Mr John Minshall and his Trustee
