A vellum Indenture being a Surrender of a term of 1000 years in Lyn House, Betchton, Cheshire and lands in Betchton and Odd Rode, Cheshire from the Executor of Mrs Turner to Mr Maddock and also a Release from Mrs Turner’s younger Children for their portions dated 11 September 1739
