OVER, CHESHIRE

CONVEYANCE DATED 26 MARCH 1836

A substantial vellum Indenture on nine large sheets being a Conveyance of a messuage and farm in Over in the County of Chester with a Covenant from Mr Ralph Kirkham Okell for the production of Deeds dated 26 March 1836, John Finchett Maddock and James Pownall Esquire and another to Mr Robert Whitby.

This is a very long and at times quite complex document with all the different names and parts of the families.  I’ve extracted the information as best I can below, but with some study, there could well be more to discover!
