MORTGAGE DATED 6 DECEMBER 1862

 

 

A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage of a Dwellinghouse and premises situate in Sandbach, Cheshire dated 6 December 1862, Mr Edward Henshall to Mr George Kelsall.

Attached to the document is a receipt signed by George Kelsall dated 24 December 1867 confirming receipt of the principal sum of £500 from Mrs Elizabeth Pearce and agreeing to execute a Transfer of the Mortgage debt.
