A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage by way of Assignment of a Leasehold plot of land and the two messuages thereon and the four ground rents arising out of adjoining property situate at Northenden, Cheshire dated 25 November 1896, Mr Amos Mason to Mr Peter Marshall and another.
Also, by Endorsement (on the back of the document) a Transfer of Mortgage dated 21 November 1908, Mr Peter Marshall and Mrs Mary Greatorex to Messrs Arthur Worthington and Samuel Worthington. The document also has an endorsed receipt for the principal and interest dated 5 January 1945.
