KENT GREEN, ASTBURY, CHESHIRE


MORTGAGE DATED 21 DECEMBER 1874

 

 

A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage of lands with a messuage or dwellinghouse and grocers shop and buildings stables piggeries and outbuildings used as an Inn or Beer House, cottages and premises which are described in the document at Kent Green in the township of Odd Rode in the parish of Astbury in the county of Cheshire dated 21 December 1874, Mr Edmund Hodgkinson to Mr Joseph Knight.

Kent Green looks to be on the North East edge of Scholar Green and Kent Green Farm is marked on the modern day Ordnance Survey maps
