A vellum Indenture being a Release of a field or close of land situate in Overton in the Lordship of Frodsham in the County of Chester dated 8 June 1822, The Devisees in Trust under the Will of the late Mr Thomas Moore to The Reverend John Fanshaw and his Trustee
